The Delmore project, designed by the prestigious Zaha Hadid Architects, stands as an innovative luxury proposal in Miami. Located on Collins Avenue in the Surfside area, this 12-storey condominium will house 37 exclusive residences. With a starting price of $15 million, it will become one of the most expensive offerings in the city.
The Delmore: Avant-Garde Architecture with Natural Inspiration
The Delmore‘s structure is distinguished by its fluid, curved design with no corners, an emblematic feature of Zaha Hadid‘s style. The building will use fibreglass-reinforced concrete to emulate the appearance of sand, reinforcing its connection to the coastal environment. The residences will feature wrap-around terraces on each level, offering stunning ocean views.
Exclusivity and Privacy at Every Corner
The project also prioritises residents’ privacy through the use of shell-shaped fins that separate each unit, ensuring shade and shelter. The interiors will be designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), renowned for their work on high-profile projects such as The OWO Residences in London.
One of the most striking attractions will be the 75-foot acrylic swimming pool, suspended 125 feet in the air. This will be the first of its kind in the world and will be visible from Collins Avenue, making it one of the main attractions of the development.
A Strategic Investment in Miami’s Most Exclusive Area
The Delmore is located in the heart of Miami’s “Billionaire’s Triangle”, an area renowned for its exclusivity. The project, which is expected to be completed in 2029, is part of the ambitious investment strategy of Dubai-based DAMAC International, which seeks to position itself as a leader in the luxury real estate market.
