Aerolíneas Argentinas announced the return of its courier service from Miami, an option for those who wish to receive international purchases quickly and directly at home.
This reactivation comes at a key moment, after the relaxation of the import regime in Argentina, which raised the limit of purchases via courier from USD 1,000 to USD 3,000 and exempted the payment of duties on the first USD 400, applying only VAT.
Courier in Miami: How does the Service Work?
Users must register on the Aerolíneas Argentinas Courier platform to obtain an address in Miami where they can receive their purchases. There they can store the packages free of charge for 30 days and consolidate several products in a single shipment.
Service conditions include:
- Maximum weight per package: 50 kg.
- Purchase limit: USD 3,000 per shipment.
- Quantity restriction: maximum three units of the same product per package.
The service covers transportation to Argentina, customs clearance and final delivery to the customer, including taxes in the payment of the shipment.

Aerolíneas Argentinas points out that its system allows consolidating purchases in a single package, avoiding the five annual shipments allowed individually. On the other hand, direct shipments from online stores subtract one opportunity for each purchase, reducing the possibilities of acquiring more products during the year.
