The demand for high-end real estate continues to grow in Miami, attracting international investors looking for exclusivity and sophistication. Developers are responding with luxury projects that blend architectural innovation with world-class amenities.
One of the most ambitious projects is 888 Brickell Miami Dolce & Gabbana, a collaboration between JDS Development Group and GV Development, owned by Italian entrepreneur Gianlucca Vacchi. Slated for completion in 2028, this condo-hotel will rise 319 meters, making it Miami’s tallest skyscraper. It also marks Dolce & Gabbana’s debut in the city’s luxury real estate market.
To give potential buyers a glimpse into the project, developers recently launched a sales gallery featuring detailed prototypes, immersive videos, and interactive displays. The space highlights Dolce & Gabbana Casa’s signature designs, incorporating bold black tones and animal prints. Visitors can explore a 3-meter tower model, virtual reality experiences, and a 360° LED multimedia room showcasing the residence’s exclusive amenities.
According to Alfonso Dolce, CEO of Dolce & Gabbana, the gallery represents a new way to experience luxury living:
